	Lazard Middle Market announces the recent hire of two managing directors – Nick Sheumack and Ed King. Nick Sheumack is head of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group and based in New York. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Partner at Sandler O’Neill + Partners where he oversaw the Diversified Finance investment banking effort. Nick has more than 15 years of advisory experience specializing in the financial sector. Ed King is head of the firm’s Education and Training Advisory Group and based in Chicago. He joined the firm from BMO Capital Markets where he was a Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions in the Education and Business Services sector. Ed has more than 18 years of advisory experience.
