Mr. Brelje has ten years of investment banking, corporate finance, and operations experience. His investment banking experience includes merger and acquisitions and private placement transactions in a broad range of industries including consumer products, retail, manufacturing, industrial products, and business services. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Brelje was a senior financial analyst with the General Electric Company, where he performed strategic and financial analyses to support operations and business development projects within GE’s water and process technologies business, as well as participated in related M&A initiatives. Previously, Mr. Brelje served as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Brelje has a master of business administration degree from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy.
