Sean Daugherty has nearly a decade of experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other corporate finance transactions. He has contributed to over 30 successful transactions, representing over $6 billion in value. Mr. Daugherty has advised clients operating in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on branded consumer products, in addition to food and agriculture assignments.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Daugherty was with Merrill Lynch & Co.

Mr. Daugherty graduated with honors from St. Lawrence University with a bachelor‘s degree in economics and completed an international business and trade program at the American University in Washington D.C. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
