Matthew Fraser has significant mergers and acquisitions transaction experience across a variety of industries, including environmental services, manufacturing, industrials, consumer products and healthcare. Mr. Fraser has worked on numerous sell-side engagements for both private and public companies, leverage buyouts, corporate divestitures and restructuring assignments.

Prior to his career at Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Fraser spent three years working on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in the Eurodollar pits.

Mr. Fraser graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he earned his Masters of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting. Mr. Fraser also holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics with a minor in business management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
