Mr. Frommelt has significant experience in leading mergers and acquisitions in the Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Industrial Products & Manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Frommelt practiced law with the law firms of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis and Reinhart, Boerner, Van Deuren, Norris & Rieselbach, S.C. in Milwaukee. Mr. Frommelt's practice was concentrated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and general corporate law. Mr. Frommelt received his juris doctorate, with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from Marquette University. Mr. Frommelt is a member of both the Minnesota bar and the Wisconsin bar.

Mr. Frommelt is a member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
