Mr. Iverson has more than a decade of experience working with entrepreneurial and large companies on financial and strategic projects, including mergers and
acquisitions, debt issuances, financial and governmental audits, SEC filings, and consulting engagements. Mr. Iverson has played a significant role in a number
of successful transactions at the firm in a variety of industries. Mr. Iverson also brings operational experience to his mergers and acquisitions practice.
Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Iverson was a director in the corporate finance department at Deluxe Corporation, a $2 billion diversified manufacturing and
technology company. There, Mr. Iverson was responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all financial activity at Deluxe, including numerous acquisitions and
divestitures. Prior to Deluxe, Mr. Iverson was a senior associate for Entrepreneurial Advisory Services Group, a division of Coopers and Lybrand, LLC where he was
responsible for supervising various financial and consulting projects primarily for middle market companies.
Mr. Iverson is a certified public accountant. He received his masters in business administration from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame.
