Mr. Janicki, has significant merger and acquisitions experience in a wide range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, and business services. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Janicki was an associate with Evensen Dodge, Inc., a Minneapolis-based financial advisor to state and local governments. At Evensen Dodge, Mr. Janicki specialized in conducting quantitative analysis related to municipal bond issues. Mr. Janicki's experience includes work with both large and small public jurisdictions in analyzing debt issuance scenarios, developing refinancing strategies, and conducting cash flow analysis. Mr. Janicki received his masters in public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and his undergraduate degree in economics and government magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.
