Mr. Korte's background includes nine years of corporate finance and investment banking in the middle market, advising clients on numerous M&A and capital-raising transactions. Mr. Korte has extensive experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including environmental services, manufacturing, business services and other sectors. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Korte was a vice president at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he focused primarily on the firm's M&A and private placement activities. Previously, Mr. Korte was an associate with NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, LLC where he concentrated on leveraged lending and debt capital placements.
Mr. Korte received his masters of business administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Georgetown University.
