Mr. Lynner has more than 20 years of experience in the securities law and investment banking industry. Mr. Lynner has broad
industry experience in the consumer, healthcare, industrial products/manufacturing, and technology/telecom
categories with particular expertise in the aerospace, automotive, building products, capital equipment,
education, financial services, healthcare management, medical diagnostic equipment, metals, and plastics
industries.
Mr. Lynner served on the board of directors of Citizens Security
Group, Inc., a regional property and casualty insurer (formerly NASDAQ: CSGI) until its sale to Meridian
Insurance Company. He currently serves on the boards of numerous privately held companies and charitable
organizations. In addition, he is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions-related topics throughout
the country.
Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), he was a vice president for US Bank Piper Jaffray
a regional investment banking firm, where he provided a full range of corporate finance services
including mergers and acquisitions representation, leveraged buy-out strategies and financing, and public
underwriting and private placement of debt and equity securities. As a foundation for his investment
banking activities, Mr. Lynner practiced law as Securities Counsel for Norwest Mortgage, the second-largest
mortgage banking firm in the United States, and was in private practice with a leading Midwestern law
firm. Mr. Lynner has been either the attorney of record or investment banker on the public registration
of over $3 billion of securities, and has successfully completed numerous middle-market merger and acquisition
transactions.
Mr. Lynner holds a bachelor of arts degree in accounting and a juris doctorate cum laude
from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Lynner is a certified public accountant and a member of the Minnesota
bar.
