Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. O’Flanagan was a financial analyst with RSM Equico where he developed valuations for sell-side mergers and acquisitions engagements for private middle market companies. Mr. O'Flanagan graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and international business. He also attended Chinese University of Hong Kong where he studied the Asian Financial Crisis and the deregulation of Chinese financial institutions. During his academic career, Mr. O'Flanagan served as an intern with Crestone Capital Advisors, an independent wealth advisory firm, performing stock valuations on publicly traded companies as well as monitoring hedging strategies for clients.
