Eric Roth has over a decade of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience and played a leading role on a number of successful Lazard Middle Market transactions. He has advised public and private companies in all phases of evaluating, planning and executing M&A, capital markets and restructuring transactions, and has extensive experience in the consumer products and services, business services and industrial products industries.

Prior to joining Lazard Middle Market, Mr. Roth was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, a New York-based, international law firm.

Mr. Roth received a juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in economics-political science from Columbia University. Mr. Roth is a member of the New York and Illinois state bars. He is also a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
