Mr. Roth has substantial mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance experience and played a leading role on a number of successful Lazard Middle Market transactions. He has advised public and private companies in all phases of evaluating, planning and executing M&A and capital markets transactions and has extensive experience in the consumer products and services, industrial products, business services and plastics packaging industries. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Mr. Roth was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, a New York-based, international law firm.

Mr. Roth received his juris doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and his bachelor of arts degree in economics-political science, magna cum laude, from Columbia University. Mr. Roth is a member of the New York bar and the Illinois bar.
