Mr. Villeneuve has more than 14 years of diversified financial experience in the areas of investment banking, management consulting, and corporate finance. Mr. Villeneuve has broad industry experience in the business services, consumer products & services, industrial products/manufacturing, and healthcare categories with particular expertise in the direct marketing, consumer products, specialty retail, and real estate advisory services industries.

In 2003, a transaction led by Mr. Villeneuve, was honored as a finalist for Middle Market Deal of the Year by Merger & Acquisitions Advisor magazine.

Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), he served as a vice president with a boutique, Los Angeles-based investment bank, where he was integrally involved in several of the firm's most notable transactions. Previously, he was an associate in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Morgan Stanley & Company and a senior management consultant for Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Villeneuve holds a bachelor of science summa cum laude in accounting and management information systems from California State University, Northridge, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and also holds a masters of business administration, with honors, in finance from The Anderson School at UCLA.
