Ms. Vitt has significant transaction experience, having assisted in the completion of merger and acquisition assignments in a broad array of industries. Prior to joining Goldsmith Agio Helms (now Lazard Middle Market), Ms. Vitt was a manager in the tax division of Arthur Andersen in Minneapolis where she advised family owned businesses and executives on wealth accumulation and preservation strategies. Earlier in her career at Arthur Andersen, Ms. Vitt participated in the audits of several large public and private companies. Ms. Vitt completed a master of business administration degree at the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota with an emphasis in finance. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor of arts degree in accounting. She is also a certified public accountant in Minnesota.
